Our orders are sent via Royal Mail or in some circumstances by courier.
We try to process your orders as quickly as possible.
Currently we aim to process them within 24-48 hours.
If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.
All orders are sent under a signed for service for a peace of mind for both parties.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please drop us an email at email@example.com with the proof of purchase.
We will then advise on the options.
You can do this within 14 days of receiving the product from us.

Return packaging and postage will be at customers’ own costs.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition when you first received it.
All items must also be in the original packaging.
We will not be responsible for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
